Conversion Submission Package. One of the sets of documents listed on Exhibit D, which shall be delivered by Seller to Custodian in connection with each Conversion Transaction.

Related to Conversion Submission Package

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Application Package means the forms, schedules, checklists, exhibits, computer disks and instructions thereto obtained from the Agency, which shall be completed and submitted to the Agency in accordance with all regulations in order to apply for the HTC Program.

  • Preliminary Settlement Statement shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.2.

  • Conversion Request A notice given by the Borrower to the Agent of the Borrower's election to convert or continue a Revolving Credit Loan in accordance with Section 2.7.

  • Redemption Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the redemption of Units in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Draft Closing Statement means a draft closing statement as of the close of business of the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately preceding the Closing Date setting forth an estimate of the Purchase Price (including all adjustments and prorations thereto).

  • Application packet means the information, documents, and fees required by the Department for the:

  • method statement means a written submission by the Contractor to the Project Manager in response to this EMPr or a request by the Project Manager and ECO. The method statement must set out the equipment, materials, labour and method(s) the Contractor proposes using to carry out an activity identified by the Project Manager when requesting the Method Statement. This must be done in such detail that the Project Manager and ECO is able to assess whether the Contractor's proposal is in accordance with this specification and/or will produce results in accordance with this specification;

  • Conversion Plan shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.05 of this Agreement.

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Settlement Report a report summarizing Revolver Loans and participations in LC Obligations outstanding as of a given settlement date, allocated to Lenders on a Pro Rata basis in accordance with their Revolver Commitments.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Statement Cycle means the period of time for which our credit union provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder's account.   • Continuation/Conversion Notice means a notice of continuation or conversion and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.

  • Write-Down and Conversion Powers means, with respect to any EEA Resolution Authority, the write-down and conversion powers of such EEA Resolution Authority from time to time under the Bail-In Legislation for the applicable EEA Member Country, which write-down and conversion powers are described in the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule.

  • Redemption Request has the meaning as set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Conversion Shares Registration Statement means a registration statement that registers the resale of all Conversion Shares of the Holders, who shall be named as “selling stockholders” therein and meets the requirements of the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Conversion Notice means a written notice of conversion substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Mandatory Conversion Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.01(b)(ii) hereof.

  • Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

  • Type B package means a Type B packaging together with its radioactive contents. On approval, a Type B package design is designated by NRC as B(U) unless the package has a maximum normal operating pressure of more than 700 kPa (100 lb/in2 ) gauge or pressure relief device that will allow the release of radioactive material to the environment under the tests specified in 10 CFR 71 (hypothetical accident conditions), in which case it will receive a designation B(M). B(U) refers to the need for unilateral approval of international shipments; B(M) refers to the need for multilateral approval of international shipments. There is no distinction made in how packages with these designations may be used in domestic transportation. To determine their distinction for international transportation, see DOT regulations in 49 CFR 173. A Type B package approved before September 6, 1983, was designated only as Type B. Limitations on its use are specified in 10 CFR 71.13.
