Converted each refers to a conversion of Advances of one Type into Advances of the other Type pursuant to Section 2.08 or 2.09.
Slot machine means a mechanical or electronic gambling game device into which a player may deposit currency or forms of cashless wagering and from which certain numbers of credits are awarded when a particular configuration of symbols or events is displayed on the machine.

Vending machine means a self-service device that, upon insertion of a coin, paper currency, token, card, or key, or by optional manual operation, dispenses unit servings of food in bulk or in packages without the necessity of replenishing the device between each vending operation.
Virtual Machine means a software container, implementation, or emulation of a Computer (i.e., a physical device) that runs its own operating system and executes application programs like a physical Computer.
Totally enclosed treatment facility means a facility for the treatment of hazardous waste which is directly connected to an industrial production process and which is constructed and operated in a manner which prevents the release of any hazardous waste or any constituent thereof into the environment during treatment. An example is a pipe in which waste acid is neutralized.
Digital Subscriber Line (DSL means as defined in Attachment 14 - xDSL Loops.
Conversion therapy means any practice or treatment as defined in § 54.1-2409.5 A of the Code of Virginia.
Treatment facility means an institution (or distinct part thereof) for the treatment of alcoholism or drug abuse, which meets fully every one of the following tests:

As-Converted Basis means (i) with respect to the outstanding shares of Common Stock as of any date, all outstanding shares of Common Stock calculated on a basis in which all shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock (at the Conversion Rate in effect on such date as set forth in the Certificate of Designations) are assumed to be outstanding as of such date and (ii) with respect to any outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock as of any date, the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of such shares of Series A Preferred Stock on such date (at the Conversion Rate in effect on such date as set forth in the Certificate of Designations).
Conversion building means a building that at any time before creation of the common interest community was occupied wholly or partially by persons other than purchasers and persons who occupy with the consent of purchasers.
Company Series C Preferred Stock means the Series C Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.
Optional equipment means all the features not included in the standard equipment which are fitted to a vehicle under the responsibility of the manufacturer, and that can be ordered by the customer.

Palletized unit load means a MIL-STD-129 defined quantity of items, packed or unpacked, arranged on a pallet in a specified manner and secured, strapped, or fastened on the pallet so that the whole palletized load is handled as a single unit. A palletized or skidded load is not considered to be a shipping container. A loaded 463L System pallet is not considered to be a palletized unit load. Refer to the Defense Transportation Regulation, DoD 4500.9-R, Part II, Chapter 203, for marking of 463L System pallets.
Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.
Replacement Airframe means an Airbus A321 aircraft or a comparable or improved model of Manufacturer (except (a) Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon and any and all Parts related to such Engine or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such aircraft.
Cyanoacrylate adhesive means any adhesive with a cyanoacrylate content of at least 95% by weight.
