Converted Product definition

Converted Product means any Profit-Share Product for which Agenus has elected to cease sharing in Profit-or-Loss as described in Section 4.6. For clarity, a Converted Product shall be deemed a Royalty-Bearing Product under this Agreement from and after the date such Profit-Share Product becomes a Converted Product.
