Convertible Note Register definition

Convertible Note Register means the register of holders of Convertible Notes maintained by Borrower under this Agreement in respect of the Convertible Notes.

  • If there is any conflict between any Convertible Note Certificate and the Convertible Note Register, the latter will prevail.

  • DTC Notes means Notes cleared, settled and maintained on the DTC System, registered in the name of a nominee of DTC. All of the Notes will be DTC Notes at issuance.

  • Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.

  • Transfer Restricted Definitive Notes means Definitive Notes that bear or are required to bear or are subject to the Restricted Notes Legend.

  • Registered Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Note is registered on the Note Register on the applicable Record Date.
