Conveyed Property definition

Conveyed Property means the Initial Conveyed Property and the Subsequent Conveyed Property.

Conveyed Property means the “Seller Conveyed Property” as defined in Section 2(a) of the Sale and Contribution Agreement.

Conveyed Property shall have the meaning set forth in the Sale and Contribution Agreement.

• Except for the conveyances hereunder, Seller will not sell, pledge, assign or transfer to any other Person, or grant, create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien on the Receivables or the Other Conveyed Property or any interest therein, and Seller shall defend the right, title, and interest of Purchaser and the Issuer in and to the Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property against all claims of third parties claiming through or under Seller.
