Conviction of definition

Conviction of fraud or any other felony” means any conviction for fraud or a felony in violation of state or Federal criminal statutes, whether entered on a verdict or plea, including a plea of nolo contendere, for which sentence has been imposed.

Examples of Conviction of in a sentence

  • Conviction of a felony or of any crime involving moral turpitude.

  • Conviction of a felony or conviction of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.

  • Conviction of Employee or the entry of a plea of nolo contendere or equivalent plea of a felony in a court of competent jurisdiction, or any other crime or offense involving moral turpitude.

  • Conviction of a sex offense as defined in the Education Code Section 87010.
