Coods means all goods supplied, or to be supplied, to the Customer by Installed pursuant to this Agreement

  • The rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement will not be governed by the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Coods; rather such rights and obligations will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflict of laws principles.
