Cooperating sponsor definition
Cooperating sponsor means the foreign government, the U.S. registered voluntary agency, the American National Red Cross, or the intergovernmental or ganization, which enters into an agree ment with the U.S. Government for the use of agricultural commodities and/or funds (including local currencies), and which is directly responsible under the agreement for administration and imple mentation of and reporting on programs involving the use of the commodities and/or funds made available to meet the requirements of eligible recipients.
