Coordinated services definition

Coordinated services means treatment, education, care, services, and other resources provided, in a coordinated manner, for a child who is involved in 2 or more systems of care and his or her family.
Coordinated services means the process used to limit a recipient's medical care and treatment to a single physician or other provider to prevent the continued misutilization of services.
