Coordinated Universal Time definition

Coordinated Universal Time or “UTC” means the time scale, based on the second, as defined by the International Telecommunications Radio Committee (ITU-R) TF.460-5 and roughly corresponding to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
Coordinated Universal Time means the primary time standard by which the world regulates clocks and time. It is within about 1 second of mean solar time at 0° longitude and is not adjusted for daylight saving time;
Coordinated Universal Time means a coordinated time scale, maintained by the Bureau International des Poids et Measures (BIPM), which forms the basis of a coordinated dissemination of standard frequencies and time signals.

  • First Commercial Sale means, with respect to any Licensed Product, the first sale for use or consumption by the general public of such Licensed Product in any country in the Territory after Approval of such Licensed Product has been granted, or such marketing and sale is otherwise permitted, by the Regulatory Authority of such country.
