Coordination motion judge definition

Coordination motion judge means an assigned judge designated under Code of Civil Procedure section 404 to determine whether coordination is appropriate.

  • Plaintiffs means Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X’Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Lead Counsel means the law firm of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx LLP.

  • Defendants’ Counsel means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;
