Copper Stream Obligations definition
Copper Stream Obligations means all indebtedness, liabilities and other obligations, present or future, direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, matured or unmatured, at any time or from time to time due or accruing due and owing by or otherwise payable or to be performed by any Obligor to the Stream Purchaser under, in connection with or pursuant to the Copper Purchase Agreement and Copper Streaming Facility Security Documents, each in Agreed Form.
