Coral Agreement definition

Coral Agreement means that certain ISDA Master Agreement --------------- (Multicurrency--Cross Border), dated as of June, 1992, between the Borrower and Coral Energy Holding L.P., together with that certain Credit Support Annex (Bilateral Form), and the following transactions: (i) Transaction No. 399447 dated as of February 16, 2000, and (ii) Transaction 399445 dated as of February 16, 2000.
