In addition to the Core Escheatment Services, DST has enhanced its unclaimed property administration (“UPA”) services to include certain additional optional outreach capabilities DST shall provide the Outreach Services to the Fund in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
In consideration of the performance of the Core Escheatment Services by DST, the Funds shall pay DST the Core Escheatment Service fees set forth in a separate fee letter.
In addition to the Core Escheatment Services, the Transfer Agent has enhanced its unclaimed property administration (“UPA”) services to include certain additional optional outreach capabilities as described in Exhibit B to this Agreement (the “Outreach Services”).

For the avoidance of doubt, this section does not apply to any liability with respect to or arising from the provision of the Core Escheatment Services provided under the Agreement, which shall be governed by the terms of the Agreement.
