  • Given that the 2015 Financial Services Framework Agreement will expire on 31 December 2017, on 28 April 2017, the Company and the Finance Company entered into the 2018 Financial Services Framework Agreement, pursuant to which the parties thereto agreed to set the New Annual Caps in respect of the Core Financial Services for the three years ending 31 December 2020.
