Core List definition

Core List means the list of items set out at Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 3 that are available to purchase under this Framework Agreement
Core List means the list of materials contained within the Contract Documents, including ‘van stock’, ‘stock’ and ‘non-stock’ items, as may be varied by written agreement of the Parties from time to time;
Core List shall refer to the list of approximately 300 high volume products that NYS has historically purchased. Executive Agencies are encouraged to purchase from the Core List of this Contract, however if a desired product is offered by a Preferred Source, Executive Agencies are required to purchase from such Preferred Source.

Examples of Core List in a sentence

  • The Core List identifies the most commonly purchased items but is not a complete list of items purchased by the State, nor does it guarantee future purchase of these products.

  • The contract(s) will be for a list of common use items identified as a Core List and additional items identified as a Catalog/Non-Core List.

  • All items not included on the Core List shall be considered Catalog/Non-Core Items.

  • The State will not accept substitutions on the products listed on the Core List.

  • The Core List shall be subject to a greater discount than the Catalog/Non-Core item list.

  • The Core List shall contain the most repetitively purchased items and will represent those products which the State wishes to establish as standard items based upon their value to the State in terms of quality and price.

  • Core List prices quoted shall be net, including transportation and delivery charges fully prepaid by the vendor, FOB Destination to the ordering state facility/agency.

More Definitions of Core List

Core List. The Core List set forth in Exhibit B-1 represents ___% of the total amount of all purchases by the University from the Supplier in any given twelve (12) month period. Core List Goods are subject to a discount (the “Core List Discount”) that is the lesser of (i) the net prices/discounts listed for such Core List Goods or (ii) Punch Out offerings as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. All prices listed in the Core List are fixed through the first twelve (12) months of the term of this Agreement, subject only to additional discounts as may be available for any Core List Goods. The Supplier and University shall review the Core List on an annual basis to adjust the Core List Goods and the Core List Discount based on University’s purchase patterns for the preceding twelve (12) months.

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • Active list means a list of active electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Inactive list means a list of inactive electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220 or 13-19-313.

  • Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Track Usage Price List means the document entitled "Track Usage Price List" published by Network Rail on or about 20 December 2018 which, for the purposes of this contract, shall be deemed to incorporate any supplements to that document consented to or determined pursuant to paragraph 2.2.10 of Schedule 7 to this contract or a freight track access contract previously held by the Train Operator;

  • Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);

  • Exclusion List means the HHS/OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) (available through the Internet at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).

  • De-listing means, in respect of any relevant Fund Share, the Exchange announces that pursuant to the rules of such Exchange, such Fund Share ceases (or will cease) to be listed, traded or publicly quoted on such Exchange for any reason (other than a Merger Event or Tender Offer) and are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on (i) where the Exchange is located in the United States, any of the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ Global Market or Global Select Market (or their respective successors) or (ii) an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member state of the European Union).

  • Customer List means a list of the Borrower’s customers, specifying each customer’s name, mailing address and phone number.

  • Directory Assistance Lists shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendant will

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.

  • Master Account Approval List means the list of Attendee reservations and Dates which the Judicial Council has authorized the Contractor to xxxx associated sleeping room charges and tax against the Judicial Council’s Master Account.

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Eligible List means an official record kept in the Commissioner's office as a public record which contains the names of those persons who have successfully completed examinations, listed and ranked in order of their final ratings from the highest to the lowest rank.

  • Multiple Listing Service A means for collecting and disseminating information about real property that is or has been for sale, including a means for real estate brokers to make offers of cooperation and compensation to each other. Multiple Listing Services may also include, without limitation, the provision of data processing, technical support, consulting, and other information technology services to real estate brokers and appraisers in connection with the sale and appraisal of real property.

  • Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.

  • Publication NPC-232 means the Ministry Publication NPC-232, "Sound Level Limits for Stationary Sources in Class 3 Areas (Rural)", October, 1995 as amended.
