Corn Products Business definition

Corn Products Business means (i) the Corn Refining Business, (ii) the businesses of the members of the Corn Products Group and the portion of the business of the Corn Products Licensees and the Minority-Investment Companies primarily related to the Corn Refining Business, (iii) any other business conducted primarily through the use of the Corn Products Assets, and (iv) the businesses of Business Entities acquired or established by or for Corn Products or any of its Subsidiaries after the date of this Agreement.
