Coronavirus Pandemic definition

Coronavirus Pandemic means the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic designated as such by the World Health Organisation on 11 March 2020 and which causes the disease known as “COVID-19”.
Coronavirus Pandemic means as declared by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic caused by COVID-19.

  • If due to the impacts of the Coronavirus Pandemic, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ determines in good faith and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole discretion, that it is not feasible for Westwood or its subconsultants to perform the work in accordance with the schedule Westwood shall promptly notify Client and the parties shall cooperate in good faith to negotiate equitable adjustments to the schedule and/or contract price.

Coronavirus Pandemic means the 2019 novel coronavirus, coronavirus disease, COVID-19, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, or SARS-CoV-2.
