If due to the impacts of the Coronavirus Pandemic, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ determines in good faith and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole discretion, that it is not feasible for Westwood or its subconsultants to perform the work in accordance with the schedule Westwood shall promptly notify Client and the parties shall cooperate in good faith to negotiate equitable adjustments to the schedule and/or contract price.
