Corporate Advisor means DF Consultancy Services Limited of Il Piazzetta A, Suite 52, Level 5, Tower Road Sliema, Malta, as duly authorised to act as Corporate Advisors by the MSE, in terms of the Prospects Rules;
Corporate Advisor means Tulive Private Equity (Pty) Ltd (“Tulive Private Equity”), registration number 2013/0438;
Corporate Advisor means Capital Investment Partners Pty Ltd ACN 100 468 589.

Corporate Advisor means Gleneagle Securities (Aust) Pty Ltd Corporate Fee Options or Options are options in the Corporation granted to the Corporate Advisor under clause 3.2(e) in accordance with clause 11.
