Corporate Capital definition

Corporate Capital means BrasilAgro’s corporate capital amount subscribed and paid in by public or private subscription, excluding the installment of the corporate capital which has been possibly paid in with BrasilAgro’s profits or profits reserve or capital reserve. For the purpose of calculating the compensation provided for in Section Two, the Corporate Capital recorded on the Base-Date will be monetarily restated by the Extended Consumer Price Index (IPC-A) from the Base-Date until the Payment Date. Any increase in Corporate Capital subsequent to the Base-Date shall also be included in the calculation, with no monetary restatement in the period between the date of its approval and the first Payment Date subsequent to its approval, but will be subject to monetary restatement by the IPC-A as of the first Payment Date after the approval of the Corporate Capital increase until each subsequent Payment Date.
