Corporate Cardmember definition

Corporate Cardmember mean the person named on the enclosed Corporate Card. The words “we”, “our” and “us” refer to American Express International, Inc. The word “Company” means the firm in whose name the Card Account is opened and whose name appears on the Corporate Card under your name. An American Express Card issued to a Corporate Cardmember is called a ”Corporate Card”. When we use the term ”Establishment”, we are referring to any corporation, firm, person or company which holds itself out as willing to accept the use of a Card in settlement of the price of the provision of any goods or services. When we use the term “Notice”, we are referring to Amex’s Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Corporate Cardmember mean the person designated by you to be named on the Corporate Card.
Corporate Cardmember mean the applicant whose name appears on the reverse side hereof and whose name shall appear on the Corporate Card. The words “we”,“our”, “us” and “AEBC”, refers to American Express Banking Corp. The word “Company” means the firm in whose name the Account is opened and whose name appears on the Corporate Card under your name. An American Express Card (“Card”) issued to a Corporate Cardmember is called a “Corporate Card”. When we use the term “Establishment”, we are referring to any corporation, firm, person or Company which holds itself out as willing to accept the use of a Card in settlement of the price of the provision of any goods or services.

  • The Corporate Cardmember and/or the Company is responsible for confirming the correctness of each monthly statement of the Card Account.

  • A Replacement Card will be issued to you or the relevant Corporate Cardmember.

  • You and the Corporate Cardmember agree to obtain all required approvals from the Thai foreign exchange control authorities prior to using the Corporate Card outside of Thailand, and to otherwise comply with all applicable exchange control laws and regulations of Thailand which may apply from time to time.

  • You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Corporate Cardmember Agreement provided to each person who becomes a Corporate Cardmember.

  • Subject to the other provisions of this agreement, you and each Corporate Cardmember shall remain liable for all Charges incurred on a Corporate Card after the Corporate Card is cancelled.


More Definitions of Corporate Cardmember

Corporate Cardmember means a person who has been issued an American Express Card, as defined herein.

When we use the term "Merchant", we are referring to any corporation, firm, person or company which holds itself out as willing to accept the use of a Corporate Card in settlement of the price of the provision of any goods or services. “Unauthorised Charges” are Charges that did not benefit either you or the Company and which were incurred by someone who was not the Corporate Cardmember and who had no actual, implied, or apparent authority to use the Corporate Card. When we use the term “Notice”, we are referring to Amex’s Notice to Customers relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;
