Corporate Documents definition

Corporate Documents means the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or its Bylaws, as amended.

Corporate Documents means the documents listed in paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 (Documents).

Corporate Documents means, with respect to any entity, such entity’s articles or certificate of incorporation, by-laws, memorandum and articles of association, limited liability company agreement or partnership agreement, as applicable, and any other organizational documents of such entity.

Examples of Corporate Documents in a sentence

• The Company has furnished to Purchaser true and correct copies of the Company's Corporate Documents, and the terms of all securities convertible into or exercisable for Common Stock and the material rights of the holders thereof in respect thereto.

More Definitions of Corporate Documents

Corporate Documents means, as applicable, the certificate of incorporation and by-laws (or any other applicable organizational documents) of the Debtors in effect as of the Petition Date.
