Parent Organizational Documents definition

Parent Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation and bylaws, each as amended as of the date of this Agreement, of each of Parent and Merger Sub.
Parent Organizational Documents means the Parent Bylaws and Parent Charter, together.

More Definitions of Parent Organizational Documents

Parent Organizational Documents means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation and the Amended and Restated Bylaws of Parent, together with all amendments thereto.
