Corporate Entity definition

Corporate Entity means a bank, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association, joint venture or other organization, whether an incorporated or unincorporated organization.
Corporate Entity means any type of organization or legal entity other than an individual, including a corporation, partnership, limited liability company or unincorporated association.
Corporate Entity means any direct Subsidiary of the Corporation which is classified as a corporation for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
