Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.
Flag means a piece of woven cloth or other material designed to be flown from a pole or mast.
Corporate Headquarters means the location that is the primary center of direction, control and coordination for the company.
Red Flag means a pattern, practice, or specific activity or a combination of patterns, practices or specific activities which may indicate the possible existence of Identity Theft (as defined below) affecting a Registered Owner (as defined below) or a Covered Person.
Corporate Documents means the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or its Bylaws, as amended.
NCLT means the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench;
Corporate Defendant means Health Research Laboratories, LLC, and its successors and assigns.
Corporate Representative means an Individual authorised by resolution of the directors or other governing body of a body corporate to represent it;
Deputy President means a Deputy President of the Tribunal;
Corporate Status” describes the status of a person who is or was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the express written request of the Company.
Corporate Defendants means Money Now Funding, LLC, a/k/a Money
Carnival means a traveling business providing commercial entertainment consisting of sideshows, concessions, rides, games of chance, and other amusements. When held outdoors, a carnival is a type of outdoor festival or outdoor community event.
Corporate Officer means, with respect to the Recipient, its president; any vice president in charge of a principal business unit, division, or function (such as sales, administration or finance); any other officer who performs a policy-making function; or any other person who performs similar policy making functions for the Recipient. Executive officers of subsidiaries or parents of the Recipient may be deemed Corporate Officers of the Recipient if they perform such policy-making functions for the Recipient.
U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.
Public corporation means the same as that term is defined in Section 63E-1-102.
Approved Flag means the Xxxxxxxx Islands flag, the Liberian flag, the Panama flag or any other flag which the Agent may approve as the flag on which a Ship may be registered;
Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.
Attest means providing the following services:
President means the President of the Corporation.
Corporate Affiliate means any parent or subsidiary corporation of the Corporation (as determined in accordance with Code Section 424), whether now existing or subsequently established.
Corporate Member means, corporate entity who have entered into a Membership Agreement with DOCOMO BIKESHARE, INC. under the Bicycle Rental (Sharing) system in pursuant to Article 3, such as profit corporations, non-profit corporations, public corporations, and those with juridical personality by law. A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.
Corporate Secretary means the corporate secretary of the Corporation;
School Corporation means the Western Xxxxx County Community School Corporation of the County of Xxxxx of the State of Indiana;
