Corporate Instruments definition

Corporate Instruments means: (a) the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, (together with each and every Schedule annexed thereto and incorporated therein) as may be further amended, restated or revived from time to time (the “Articles”), and (b) any by-law, or other rule or regulation with regard to the administration of the affairs of the Company having the force of a by-law in accordance with the Companies Act, from time to time in force (the “By-Laws”);

  • Trade Instruments means any performance bonds, advance payment bonds or documentary letters of credit issued in respect of the obligations of any member of the Group arising in the ordinary course of trading of that member of the Group.
