Corporate License definition

Corporate License. For use on a Website, Intranet and additionally this license can be used on any site that might require authentication and or login type credentials to access information that is NOT part of a SaaS or PaaS Website. Determined by either the number of Applications or Servers.
Corporate License. The corporate license is valid for all company sites of the user, and permits the licensing of all users employed by the company, including all associated companies. With the corporate license, Automation Studio may be licensed on a B&R Automation PC that is delivered with the machine if it can be guaranteed that only service personnel of the user working for the machine or plant manufacturer will have access to Automation Studio. Licensing takes place via activation over the Internet. The corporate license allows for the commercial use of Automation Studio according to point 4.d). The term of use for the corporate license is 365 days. The corporate license must be terminated at least 30 days before the end of the term of use. If it is not terminated promptly, the corporate license is extended automatically by 365 days in each case. The corporate license includes the right to receive upgrades and telephone support for the functions of Automation Studio.
Corporate License means access to the Licensed Technology with one Licensee’s brand (meaning: the response website, the dashboard and the Microsoft PowerPoint™ software add-in), running on a dedicated and highly-secured server for the Term of the Agreement.

  • You may not acquire a Corporate License unless You are a company or a corporation.

  • The media containing the Software Product shall be provided to You separately from the license file necessary to activate said Software Product; said license file shall be configured so that it can only activate said Software Product under a Corporate License.

  • If You acquire a Corporate License from Xxxxxxxxx Electric, the media on which the Software Product is provided to You shall be configured so that it can only be used to operate the Software Product under a Corporate License; said media shall expressly mention the name of Your company, corporation or Group of Companies as being the licensee of a Corporate License on said Software Product.

  • You may use the Product for the period from the date you designated in accordance with Corporate License terms and agreements to the end of the period specified.

  • You may make copies of the Product for the purpose of distribution to prescribed users who are entitled to use the Product in accordance with the special terms and conditions of Corporate License.
