Corporate License definition

Corporate License. For use on a Website, Intranet and additionally this license can be used on any site that might require authentication and or login type credentials to access information that is NOT part of a SaaS or PaaS Website. Determined by either the number of Applications or Servers.
Corporate License. The corporate license is valid for all company sites of the user, and permits the licensing of all users employed by the company, including all associated companies.   • You may make copies of the Product for the purpose of distribution to prescribed users who are entitled to use the Product in accordance with the special terms and conditions of Corporate License.

  • Unless You have acquired a Corporate License as expressly defined in this ▇▇▇▇, floating, concurrent or shared use of the Software Product is not permitted and Your use of the Software Product must be licensed under this ▇▇▇▇ as a Single User License or a Multiple User License.
