Corporate Names definition

Corporate Names has the meaning set forth in Section 8.09(b).

Corporate Names means the Trademarks and logos identified on Schedule 1.38 and such other names and logos as Morphic may designate in writing from time to time.

Corporate Names means the Trademarks and logos identified on Exhibit B (Corporate Names) and such other names and logos as Selecta may designate in writing from time to time.

Examples of Corporate Names in a sentence

• As between the Parties, Licensor shall retain all right, title and interest in and to its Corporate Names.

• As between the Parties, Galapagos shall retain all right, title and interest in and to Galapagos Corporate Names.

• Subject to the terms and conditions herein, EPI hereby grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the Acquiror and its Subsidiaries to use the Corporate Names on the Labeling and packaging of the Products and on Zanaflex Tablets themselves, in each case to the extent specified herein.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Acquiror shall be entitled to continue to use the Corporate Names that consist of trademarks of EPI or its Affiliates debossed or otherwise included on Zanaflex Tablets as of the Closing on Zanaflex Tablets until the date that is one hundred eighty (180) days after the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Corporate Names

Corporate Names means the Trademarks and logos identified on Schedule 1.38 and such other names and logos as Licensor may designate in writing from time to time.

Corporate Names means the Trademarks and logos identified on Schedule 1.24 and such other names and logos as RVL may designate in writing from time to time.

Corporate Names means the trademark "Elan," the Elan corporate logo, and trade names of the Elan Companies, including the word "Elan" together with variations and derivatives thereof and any other logos, symbols or trademarks, trade names or service marks of the Elan Companies or their respective Affiliates, but excluding the Product Trademarks.

Corporate Names means the trademark and service xxxx “ELAN”, the Corporate logos and trade names of EPI and its Affiliates, including the word “ELAN” together with any variations and derivatives thereof and any other logos, symbols or trademarks, trade names or service marks of EPI and its Affiliates (including for the avoidance of doubt any trademarks of EPI or is Affiliates debossed or otherwise included on Zanaflex Tablets themselves), but excluding the Product Trademarks.

Corporate Names means the Trademarks and logos identified on Schedule 1.42 and such other names and logos, in each case as Denali or Takeda may designate in writing from time to time.

Corporate Names means the corporate Trademarks, names and logos of AstraZeneca and its Affiliates, and such other Trademarks, names and logos as AstraZeneca may designate to Licensee in writing from time to time.

Corporate Names means (b) the English language Trademark ORIENTAL DREAMWORKS; and (c) the “Panda in the Moon” logo Trademark.
