Corporate Office means the office of the Warrant Agent (or its successor) at which at any particular time its principal business shall be administered, which office is located at the date hereof at 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000.
Corporate Officer means, with respect to the Recipient, its president; any vice president in charge of a principal business unit, division, or function (such as sales, administration or finance); any other officer who performs a policy-making function; or any other person who performs similar policy making functions for the Recipient. Executive officers of subsidiaries or parents of the Recipient may be deemed Corporate Officers of the Recipient if they perform such policy-making functions for the Recipient.
State official means a person who holds a state office.
police official means any member of the South African Police Service or a municipal police service appointed in terms of the South African Police Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 68 of 1995);
Team Official means any person involved with the management, preparation or participation of a team (whether paid or unpaid), including the coaches, managers, medical staff, other support staff or any other person acting for or on behalf of a Club;
Designated state official means the education official of a state selected by that state to negotiate and enter into, on behalf of his state, contracts pursuant to this agreement.
Code official means the Code Enforcement Officer, anyone fulfilling the duties of the Code Enforcement Officer on either a temporary or permanent basis, or any designee of the City Manager, the Director of the Department of Planning and Development Services, or the Code Enforcement Officer.
Management Official means General Manager, Manager, President, or Chief Executive Officer.
SEF Official means any Director or Officer of, or individual employed directly by, BSEF, the Regulatory Services Provider or any individual rendering similar services to BSEF under an administrative or similar agreement.
College official means any person employed by the college or District, performing assigned administrative or professional responsibilities pursuant to this Student Conduct Code. The college president shall designate the college or center official to be responsible for the administration of the Student Conduct Code.
Designated Official The agent authorized to act for the Agency.
City Official means any elected official, employee, appointee to a board or commission, or citizen volunteer authorized to act on behalf of the City of Portland, Oregon.
Election official means any election officer, election judge, or poll worker.
Party official means any person who holds an elective or appointive post in a political party in the United States or this state, by virtue of which the person directs, conducts, or participates in directing or conducting party affairs at any level of responsibility.
Foreign Official means any officer or employee of a non-U.S. government or any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof, or of a public international organization, or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any such government or department, agency, or instrumentality, or for or on behalf of any such public international organization.
University Official as used herein, means:
Exchange Rate Officer s Certificate” means a certificate setting forth (i) the applicable Market Exchange Rate or the applicable bid quotation and (ii) the Dollar or Foreign Currency amounts of principal (and premium, if any) and interest, if any (on an aggregate basis and on the basis of a Security having the lowest denomination principal amount determined in accordance with Section 302 in the relevant Currency), payable with respect to a Security of any series on the basis of such Market Exchange Rate or the applicable bid quotation signed by the Chief Financial Officer or any Vice President of the Company.
Government Official means (i) any officer, employee or other person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of a government or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, (ii) any officer, employee or other person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of a public international organization (such as the United Nations, World Bank, or World Health Organization), (iii) any political party or official thereof or any candidate for political office, and (iv) any family members or representatives of any of the individuals listed above.
School Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B), a School Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33
Chief election official means the state official or body that is authorized to certify the total number of popular votes for each presidential slate;
Post Office means the South African Post Office, a public company with limited liability duly incorporated in accordance with company laws of the Republic of South Africa with registration number 1991/005477/06.
Corporate Headquarters means the location that is the primary center of direction, control and coordination for the company.
State officer means the Governor, Lieutenant Governor,
Appropriate Officer means the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Treasurer or Secretary of the Company, any Assistant Treasurer or any Assistant Secretary of the Company, any Executive or Senior Vice President or any Vice President (whether or not designated by a number or numbers or word or words added before or after the title “Vice President”) of the Company or such other director or officer of the Company as approved by the Board to perform the services of an “Appropriate Officer” hereunder.
Retirement office means the Kentucky Retirement Systems office building in Frankfort;
Board office means the office of the administrative staff of each professional licensing board.
