Corporate Services Fees definition

Corporate Services Fees means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees, the Subordinated Services Fees.
Corporate Services Fees means any fees, expenses and other amounts payable to the Corporate Services Provider under the Corporate Services Agreement;
Corporate Services Fees means fees paid pursuant to the Subsidiary Corporate Services Agreements and the Company Corporate Services Agreement for actual services rendered in an amount not to exceed the amount that would be payable to unaffiliated third parties for such services.

Examples of Corporate Services Fees in a sentence

  • The Corporate Services Fees shall be (i) the direct costs attributable to the Seller and its Subsidiaries and Affiliates for the Scheduled Services (as opposed to being billed directly to a department/cost center or division of Seller and its Subsidiaries and Affiliates) and (ii) the costs that were allocated on a pro rata basis to Seller and its Subsidiaries and its Affiliates (other than the Companies and their Subsidiaries) immediately prior to the Effective Date or as otherwise set forth below.

  • Notwithstanding termination of this Agreement, the Client shall remain liable for all unpaid fees and expenses incurred by Citadel, and due from the Client, prior to such termination including, without limitation, any outstanding Corporate Services Fees.
