Corporate Threshold definition

Corporate Threshold means a minimum level of performance, determined for the Company and its Subsidiaries for a Plan Year on a consolidated basis, which must be attained for any Awards for such Plan Year to be made pursuant to the Plan.
Corporate Threshold means the predetermined level of annual corporate financial performance that the Committee shall establish each Plan Year. When actual performance falls below the Corporate Threshold, no awards will be paid pursuant to the Plan.
Corporate Threshold means with respect to any Bonus Year, the minimum level of Profits Before Taxes that must be realized by the Company before any Budget Bonus or PBT Bonus, as the case may be, can be paid by the Company.

  • If BancTec’s performance is above the Corporate Threshold, then the Unit Executive Incentive Payout Percentage will be scaled according to the following table.
