Corporation Assets definition

Corporation Assets means, as of any particular time, any and all property, real, personal, or otherwise, tangible or intangible, which is held, transferred, conveyed, or paid to the Corporation and all rents, income, profits, and gains therefrom.
Corporation Assets means, as of any date of determination, all right, title and interest of the Corporation in, to and under the Designated Assets and any related property and all other property acquired by the Corporation from time to time as of such date and all proceeds thereof.
Corporation Assets means all assets, whether tangible or intangible and whether real, personal or mixed (including, without limitation, all Equity Interests in other Persons), at any time owned by any Pledged Corporation.
