Company IT Assets definition
Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets means all IT Assets owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets means any and all IT Assets used or held for use in connection with the operation of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries as currently conducted.
Examples of Company IT Assets in a sentence
Each member of the Company Group has taken commercially reasonable steps (that meet or exceed industry standard) to prevent the introduction of Malicious Code into the Company IT Assets, except as would not have a Company Material Adverse Effect, including commercially reasonable steps to monitor, detect, prevent, mitigate and remediate Malicious Code such as firewall protections and regular virus scans.

Company IT Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(l).
