Company IT Assets definition

Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, serves, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to a valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Company IT Assets

Company IT Assets means all IT Assets owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or licensed or leased by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to any written agreement.

Company IT Assets means computers, computer software, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by any Acquired Company or licensed or leased by any Acquired Company (excluding any public networks).
