Examples of Corporation’s Auditors in a sentence
In the event of any question arising with respect to the adjustments provided for in this Article 4, such question shall be conclusively determined by the Corporation’s Auditors or if they are unable or unwilling to act, by such other firm of independent chartered accountants as may be selected by the Corporation.
The Corporation’s Auditors who audited the Audited Financial Statements and who provided their audit report thereon are independent public accountants as required under applicable Securities Laws and there has not, during the last two financial years, been a reportable event (within the meaning of NI 51-102) between the Corporation and any such auditor.
The Corporation shall ensure the Corporation’s Auditors are given full access to all necessary records as they may require.
Any certificate or opinion of an Officer or Opinion of Counsel may be based, insofar as it relates to any accounting matters, upon a certificate or opinion of, or representations by, the Corporation’s Auditors or an accountant or another firm of accountants engaged by the Corporation, unless such Officer or Counsel, as the case may be, knows, or in the exercise of reasonable care should know, that the certificate or opinion or representations with respect to such accounting matters are erroneous.
In the event of any question arising with respect to the adjustments provided for in this Article 4 such question shall be conclusively determined by the Corporation’s Auditors who shall have access to all necessary records of the Corporation, and such determination shall be binding upon the Corporation, the Warrant Agent, all Warrantholders and all other persons interested therein.
