  • Unless approved by Project Co in writing, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, an LNG Tanker shall be prohibited from engaging in any maintenance, repair or in-water surveys while berthed at the Corpus Christi Facility (or Alternate Production Facility, as applicable).
