Correct claims address definition

Correct claims address means the address appearing on an enrollee's or insured's current identification card issued by the health insurance issuer as the current address at which claims are received, or, if no address appears on the identification card, the current address for receipt of claims provided by the health insurance issuer to the department. The department shall, as a courtesy to the health care industry, maintain a list of such current addresses on its website.

  • Notification Email Address means the email address (if any) designated by Customer, via the user interface of the Processor Services or such other means provided by Google, to receive certain notifications from Google relating to these Data Processing Terms.

  • Undeliverable address means an address to which the postal service or an authorized delivery service under Section 5703.056 of the ORC is not able to deliver an assessment of the Tax Administrator, except when the reason for non-delivery is because the addressee fails to acknowledge or accept the assessment.

  • Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.
