Correction of Work definition

Correction of Work. As determined by Owner’s representative, should Contractor’s Work not conform to the requirements of this Master Agreement or those established for a specific Job Order, Owner may order Contractor to correct the Work at no additional expense to Owner or deduct the cost of correcting the Work from any other monies payable to Contractor.

Related to Correction of Work

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project.   • Similar Nature of Work means of Delivery and Installation of Zoology Laboratory instruments of Diamond Harbour Women’s University.
