Cosmetic Defects definition

Cosmetic Defects means that these types of defects are the ones, which are primarily related to the presentation or the layout of the data. However there is no danger of corruption of data and in- correct values.
Cosmetic Defects means particles, scratches, stains and/or imperfections in or on the photomask quartz or glass substrate which are outside the active patterned area on the photomask quartz or glass substrate which the customer uses to transfer the circuit patterns onto the silicon wafer;

  • Repairs or product replacement required as a result of Fire, Freeze, Flood or other Acts of God; Accidents; Vandalism; Improper Installation; Cosmetic Defects; Design Flaws; Manufacturers’ Defects; Structural Defects; Power failure, shortage, surge, overload, or inadequate capacity are not covered.

  • The term “Warranty Period,” as used herein, shall mean the period of warranty for the applicable Product pursuant to this Section, subject to the foregoing thirty (30) day limit for claims based on Cosmetic Defects.

  • The warranty period for Products with Cosmetic Defects shall be thirty (30) days from the date the applicable Product is shipped to Customer.

  • Repairs or replacement required as a result of Fire, Freeze, Flood or other Acts of God, Accidents, Vandalism, Improper Installation, Cosmetic Defects, Design Flaws, Manufacturers’ Defects, Structural Defects, Power Failure, Shortage, Surge or Overload, Inadequate Capacity, and code violations.

  • Repairs or replacement required as a result of; or our inability to provide the Services, as a result of Fire, Freezing, Flooding, Pandemics or other Acts of God; or Accidents; Vandalism; Improper Installation; Cosmetic Defects; Design Flaws; Manufacturers’ Defects; Structural Defects; Power failure, shortage, surge, overload, or inadequate capacity.
