Cosmetic Deficiency means a cosmetic and inconsequential Deficiency, in DHS reasonable judgment
Cosmetic Deficiency. A Severity Level 4 Deficiency for the Software and a cosmetic or inconsequential Deficiency for a non-Software Deliverable.
