Cost Deposit definition

Cost Deposit a deposit in the amount of One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,375,750) plus any accrued interest thereon (together with the Additional Deposit, the "Deposits"). All Deposits shall be allocated among the Properties as shown of Exhibit 1.24.

  • The Authority shall refund any unused application fees, recording fees or Advance Cost Deposit funds to the Company at such time as the Authority, in its sole discretion, determines that any such funds are no longer needed to pay any current or anticipated fees or costs payable under this Agreement.
