Cost of materials means the cost of components, parts or materials which are intended for the production, manufacturing or assembling of the goods bid for and which are not produced, manufactured or assembled in the factory where the production, manufacture or assembly of such goods occurs, including freight, landing costs, port charges, import duties and other import costs of such components, parts or materials and all costs in connection with the handling and transport thereof prior to delivery at that factory;
Raw material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.
Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.
Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.
Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.
API means American Petroleum Institute.
Bulk drug substance means any substance that is represented for use, and that, when used in the
value of materials means the customs value at the time of importation of the non-originating materials used, or, if this is not known and cannot be ascertained, the first ascertainable price paid for the materials in the exporting Party;
Combustible material means combustible refuse, combustible waste or any other material capable of igniting;
Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.
Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.
Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.
Reagent means any product other than fuel that is stored on-board the vehicle and is provided to the exhaust after-treatment system upon request of the emission control system.
Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—
Non-combustible material means a material, which does not burn nor add heat to a fire when tested for combustibility in accordance with good practice;
Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.
Defective Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.
Dredged material means material that is excavated or dredged from surface waters.
GOODS / MATERIALS means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.
Active Ingredient means any com- ponent that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other di- rect effect in the diagnosis, cure, miti- gation, treatment, or prevention of dis- ease, or to affect the structure or any function of the body of humans. The term includes those components that may undergo chemical change in the manufacture of the drug product and be present in the drug product in a modified form intended to furnish the specified activity or effect.
Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;
Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.
Recyclable material means a material generated by the entity's operations, including aluminum, steel containers, aseptic packag- ing and polycoated paperboard cartons, high-grade office paper, and corrugated cardboard.
