Cost Per Share definition

Cost Per Share means, in respect of a Manager, (i) the aggregate subscription or acquisition price paid by such Manager in respect of his subscription for or acquisition of all the GB Manco Securities that he exchanged for GB Topco Shares pursuant to the Reorganisation; divided by (ii) the total number of GB Topco Shares issued to such Manager pursuant to the Reorganisation, multiplied by (iii) such Manager’s Stock Proportion;
Cost Per Share means the actual purchase price per Executive Share paid upon exercise of the Option.

More Definitions of Cost Per Share

Cost Per Share means $3.40; provided that, with respect to any shares of Common Stock (i) issued or sold by the Company following the Effective Date, the Cost Per Share shall be equal to the actual cost paid for such shares or (ii) granted as Restricted Stock, a Restricted Stock Unit or otherwise for non-cash consideration, the Cost Per Share shall be an amount reasonably determined by the Board of Directors of the Company in light of all circumstances.
