The scope and cost of the VENDOR’s services/work shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth the Contract, which includes the VENDOR’S Cost Proposal Form.
Proposal Form means that certain Part C of the RFP, completed and executed by the Proponent, to which this Appendix 1 is appended.
