Counter-Claimant definition

Counter-Claimant means the Respondent in the event the Respondent files a Counter-Claim. (e) "Claim" shall mean the written statement given by the Claimant as herein provided to the Respondent, describing how and to what extent the Claimant believes that it has suffered damages as a result of the breach of the Reinsurance by the Respondent.
