COUNTER INDEMNITIES definition
COUNTER INDEMNITIES means the separate counter indemnity agreements between the Company and each Bank pursuant to which the Company agrees (subject to the terms thereof) to indemnify the relevant Bank against any loss, liability or reasonable cost incurred by such Bank in respect of or in connection with the Bonding Documents entered into or issued by such Bank and "RELEVANT COUNTER INDEMNITY" shall be construed accordingly;
