Counter Parts definition

Counter Parts. This Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute the same agreement. Any signed copy of this Agreement made by reliable means (e.g. photocopy or facsimile) is considered an original.

  • Live parts means conductive part(s) intended to be electrically energized in normal use.

  • Parts means any and all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings and other equipment of whatever nature (other than (a) complete Engines or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), so long as the same are incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe or any Engine or so long as the same are subject to the Lien of the Indenture in accordance with the terms of Section 7.04 thereof after removal from the Airframe or any Engine.

  • Spare Parts has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.

  • Intimate parts means the following body parts: sexual organs, genital area, anal area, inner thigh, groin, buttock, or breast of a person;
