Counterfeit Card definition

Counterfeit Card means a bank card, credit card or a payment card which is fictitious, altered, or forged and includes any facsimile or false representation, deception, or component of such a card, or any such card which is stolen, obtained as part of a scheme to defraud, or otherwise unlawfully obtained, and which may or may not be embossed with account information or an issuer’s information;
Counterfeit Card means a bank card that is fictitious, altered, or forged and includes any facsimile or false representation, depiction, or component of a bank card, or any bank card that is stolen, obtained as part of a scheme to defraud, or otherwise unlawfully obtained, and which may or may not be embossed with account information or an issuer’s information;
Counterfeit Card means a Card which has been embossed or printed so as to pass off as a Card issued by the Bank or a Card duly issued by the Bank named in Part I of the Schedule which is subsequently altered or modified or tampered with without consent of the Bank named in Part I of the Schedule.
