Country of Residence of the Insured definition

Country of Residence of the Insured means the country the Insured is normally residing in currently, and declared as part of the residential address of the Insured in Part I of the Schedule.
Country of Residence of the Insured means the country, Insured is normally residing in currently, and declared as the Residential Address of the Insured in the Policy Schedule. It need not be the same as the country of origin of the Insured or the country whose citizen the Insured is.

Examples of Country of Residence of the Insured in a sentence

  • Used air ticket or boarding pass in original for return journey from the place of cancellation to the Country of Residence of the Insured together with the receipts for the refunds obtained towards the unfulfilled portion of the Trip (As any payment under this head shall be only in respect of the difference between the actual charges incurred for the return journey from the place of cancellation to the country of residence and the amounts obtained towards refund towards the unfulfilled portion of the Trip.

  • All settlements under this Policy wherever done in the currency of Country of Residence of the Insured shall be based on the exchange rate of the currency of Country of Residence of the Insured as on the date of loss incurred by the Insured.

  • Documents of claim appropriate for each contingency and the consequent loss as listed in the respective Benefits of this Policy shall be forwarded to the Assistance Service Provider as soon as the Insured returns to the Country of Residence of the Insured (unless otherwise required by the Company or the Assistance Service Provider) and in no case beyond a period of 30 days from the date of such return.

  • Used air ticket in original for return journey from the place of cancellation to the Country of Residence of the Insured which indicate the cost of the tickets together with the receipts for the refunds obtained towards the unfulfilled portion of the Trip.

  • No claim shall be payable under this Benefit for need arising after return of the Insured to the Country of Residence of the Insured.

  • Any liability arising from a contingency occurring any where in the Country of Residence of the Insured.

  • Any liability arising from a contingency occurring anywhere in the Country of Residence of the Insured Person.

Related to Country of Residence of the Insured

  • Country of Residence means:

  • Specified Insurance Company means any Entity that is an insurance company (or the holding company of an insurance company) that issues, or is obligated to make payments with respect to, a Cash Value Insurance Contract or an Annuity Contract.

  • Place of Residence means the place where the family of any person

  • First party insurance means an insurance policy or contract in which the insurer agrees to pay a claim submitted to it by the insured for the insured's losses.

  • Captive insurance company means a pure captive insurance company, association captive insurance company, captive reinsurance company, sponsored captive insurance company, special purpose captive insurance company, or industrial insured captive insurance company formed or licensed under this chapter. For purposes of this chapter, a branch captive insurance company must be a pure captive insurance company with respect to operations in this State, unless otherwise permitted by the director.

  • Life Insured means the person named in the Schedule, on whose life the Policy is effected;

  • Association captive insurance company means a company that insures risks of the member organizations of the association and their affiliated companies.

  • Evidence of coverage means any certificate, agreement or contract issued to an enrollee setting out the coverage to which the enrollee is entitled.

  • Insurance Companies means the companies with whom the Insurance Policies are held.

  • Title Insurance Company as defined in Section 5.1(l).

  • County of residence means the county in this state in which, at the time a person applies for or receives services, the person is living and has established an ongoing presence with the declared, good faith intention of living in the county for a permanent or indefinite period of time. The county of residence of a person who is a homeless person is the county where the homeless person usually sleeps. A person maintains residency in the county in which the person last resided while the person is present in another county receiving services in a hospital, a correctional facility, a halfway house for community-based corrections or substance-related treatment, a nursing facility, an intermediate care facility for persons with an intellectual disability, or a residential care facility, or for the purpose of attending a college or university.   • The Insured means the person specified as such in the Schedule.

  • life insurance business means the business of providing or undertaking to provide policy benefits under life policies;

  • In-Orbit Insurance means, with respect to any Satellite (or, if the entire Satellite is not owned by the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary, as the case may be, the portion of the Satellite it owns or for which it has risk of loss), insurance (subject to a right of co-insurance in an amount up to $150.0 million) or other contractual arrangement providing for coverage against the risk of loss of or damage to such Satellite (or portion, as applicable) attaching upon the expiration of the launch insurance therefor (or, if launch insurance is not procured, upon the initial completion of in-orbit testing) and attaching, during the commercial in-orbit service of such Satellite (or portion, as applicable), upon the expiration of the immediately preceding corresponding policy or other contractual arrangement, as the case may be, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Indenture.

  • Residence district means the territory contiguous to a highway, not comprising a business district,
