Country Specific Provisions definition

Country Specific Provisions means any supplemental terms and conditions that are included with these Global Terms and Conditions to comply with the applicable laws, regulations, legislation or other matters of compliance specific to the country in which the Purchase Order is issued or performance will take place;
Country Specific Provisions. Appendix A Notwithstanding any provisions in this Agreement, this award of Restricted Stock Units shall be subject to any additional terms and conditions set forth in Appendix A to this Agreement for your country. Moreover, if you relocate to one of the countries included in Appendix A, the terms and conditions for such country will apply to you, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons.

  • In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of any of the foregoing documents, the conflict shall be resolved based on the following order of precedence: (i) an applicable Order Form (but only for transaction thereunder and if applicable), (ii) Attachment 1 (Country- Specific Provisions); and (iii) this Agreement, and (iv) the Support Services Policy.
