Upon a determination by the County Contract Manager that an 1454 Event of Default has occurred, the County Board of Supervisors shall conduct a hearing upon no 1455 less than ten (10) days notice to the Contractor to determine if an Event of Default has occurred, 1456 and if so, if termination of the Agreement is in the best interests of the public health, safety, and 1457 general welfare of the citizens of the County.
Upon request, 941 the Contractor shall allow the County Contract Manager to examine the reports of Gross Receipts 942 and the invoices pertaining to any maximum fee or charge approved by the County Board of 943 Supervisors for Services provided under this Agreement.
